Kwania Hayes did an amazing job of assisting me in bundling my renter’s my current auto policy with Geico. In doing so, she found an error with my current policy but amended it with no problem. She would make a great manager. She is very informative and helpful has a very caring personality.

Alyssa was my agent at the Manchester CT office. She was amazing! I had a very complicated situation with my auto insurance needs and she guided me through it with a great deal of expertise and patience! She explained my options and helped me select the least cost approach. Furthermore, when I needed to add vehicles to the policy, she was able to take care of that very easily! She was also very helpful when I ran into difficulties at DMV and was able to work through the situation and make the necessary adjustments to my policy over the phone while I was there so that I could get my transactions taken care of without needing to make another appointment with DMV and come back another day. Alyssa really went above and beyond every step of the way! Everyone I spoke with at the Manchester office was extremely friendly and very helpful! Thank you so very much!
